Biography

A husband, a father, and a lifelong New Yorker, my work in my community is as important to me as any other part of my life. My work is to help people – I understand the physical and emotional damage and burdens caused by an accident or injury, and I am fully committed to fight for my clients to be “made whole” by getting them the fairest compensation possible in each case. I know that an injury can lead to pain, uncertainty, lifestyle changes, and overwhelming financial challenges. Prior to dedicating my career to helping those in need, I worked for one of the largest motor-vehicle insurance carriers in the country. Having protected insurance companies’ interests for over 4 years, I learned the “ins-and-outs” of how insurance companies value cases. Needless to say, they are in the business of “minimizing” injuries by paying out as little as they can. BUT, even with their size and recourses, every insurance carrier knows that EVERY case is subject to a fair trial, in which case a jury could award the REAL value of the case – usually MUCH MORE than what they are initially willing to pay. This is where my defense experience goes to work for you! I am keen to the details that leave insurance companies exposed and I am fluent in finding the vulnerabilities in their cases.
