Biography
Alyshia graduated from Texas State University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor degree in Science and a minor in Sociology. She then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While a law student she devoted her time to The California Innocence Project protecting the rights of the wrongfully convicted and also interned at the Public Defender’s Office. After graduation, she began her legal career at a San Diego worker’s compensation firm where she aggressively advocated for injured workers. Next, Alyshia joined a prestigious national plaintiff’s class action consumer law firm.
Alyshia now applies her life and legal experience toward representing personal injury victims. As someone who passionately believes that everyone deserves a fighting chance, and as someone who has made a career out of helping others, Alyshia is a natural fit with The Barnes Firm. Backed with the strength and resources of one of the largest and most successful personal injury firms in California, Alyshia now fights insurance companies on behalf of the tragically injured.
