After graduating from SUNY Albany with a bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine/biology, I decided that I wanted to pursue a legal profession so that I could dedicate myself to helping people obtain justice. I received my law degree from SUNY Buffalo, and immediately went to work for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City.
My time as a prosecutor in New York City gave me valuable insight into the process of bringing justice to crime victims, and that combined with my pre-med experience made me a natural fit for personal injury litigation. As such, I joined the Rochester office of Cellino & Barnes in 2002 after the DA’s office, practicing in over a dozen different areas with respect to accidents and unlawful injuries.
I am excited to help lead The Barnes Firm here in my native home of Rochester in our fight for compensation and justice on behalf of accident victims across New York and beyond. I could not be more proud of our team and our mission, and look forward to fighting for the best interests of our clients every single day.
