My path to becoming a personal injury attorney started out at Canisius College, located right down the street from The Barnes Firm’s Grider Street office just north of Buffalo. While there, I graduated with honors and competed in NCAA Division I as a member of the golf team and when I have the time I still compete in local, state-wide, and United States Golf Association events. I went on to complete my J.D. at the University of Buffalo School of Law where I finished in the top 15% of my class.
Before my time at The Barnes Firm, I spent over 10 years working for insurance companies in the defense in personal injury cases. I therefore have great insight into the strategies and habits of corporate insurance litigators which I use to better understand and ultimately win cases in favor of personal injury victims. Before my time at The Barnes Firm I also represented many plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases and I have obtained several recoveries of over one million dollars for my clients.
I currently reside in Elma with my wife, a Spanish teacher, and our son. We enjoy spending time outdoors and we have been a foster family to over 50 dogs through the Akron Canine Rescued Angels association.
