My road to becoming a personal injury attorney began when I was 9 years old living in Brooklyn, NY. I was injured as a child and remember my parents saying they couldn’t afford a lawyer. This incident sparked my desire to become a lawyer – I wanted to help people.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Pace University in southern Manhattan and earned distinction on the university president’s honor roll before heading to law school. I attended Southern Illinois University School of Law to complete my J.D. where I also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award – an award given to the highest scoring student.
I returned to New York and passed the State Bar as well as New Jersey. I began representing personal injury cases through trial and was recruited by Cellino & Barnes. This experience has since carried me into this new chapter with The Barnes Firm.
The success of my approach is built on compassion and education. My many years of trial experience makes me fearless in the courtroom. Clients can be assured that I will go to a jury to get the compensation they deserve. I understand that the injury recovery process is not an easy road, and I pride myself on being someone that can help victims get the best result possible.
