Peloton Lawsuit

Since the company was founded in 2012, Peloton has grown to have over one million monthly subscribers and over 3-million total members. Although no lawsuits have been filed concerning the pedal recall, the company could be held liable if attorneys can prove that the company’s pedals were defective or had manufacturing flaws.
