Peloton Lawsuit

Since the company was founded in 2012, Peloton has grown to have over one million monthly subscribers and over 3-million total members. In 2020, Peloton sales increased as many consumers were forced to search for home workout solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the stationary bike manufacturer has also seen one Peloton lawsuit after another.

From copyright complaints to patent infringements, Peloton’s latest recall could be the latest challenge.

Peloton Pedal Recall

Although no lawsuits have been filed concerning the pedal recall, the company could be held liable if attorneys can prove that the company’s pedals were defective or had manufacturing flaws.

According to Peloton, the recall only affects about 27,000 bikes that still have the original pedals on the bike, and it was sold within the specific time period of July 2013 through May 2016.
